Residential Camp FAQ's

How many players to a room?

There will be 2 players in each room. You can request a roommate, FC Stars will be sending out an email before camp asking for requests. 

Who will be coaching at the residential camp?

Based on expected attendance, a coaching list will be sent out prior to camp:

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds. FC Stars will only allow for the following circumstances (less $100 Administration fee)

  • Your Stars Team makes Nationals
  • You are injured and have a doctor’s note excusing you from the week of camp
  • You were not offered an FC Stars roster spot for the coming year and do not wish to participate in camp
  • A family bereavement 

If FC Stars has to cancel Residential Camp due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, camp fees will be fully refunded.

May non Stars players attend?

Yes, we encourage players to invite their friends for the 2023 Residential Camp.

Laundry? 

There is a laundry room available. This does cost extra and players will need to bring their own washing detergent. 

Do I need to bring linen?

We recommend you bring your own sheets, blanket (or sleeping bag), pillow and towels. The rooms will have single extra long mattresses. If you forget to bring your own linen this will be available at a cost of $10 for a week rental (blanket not included).

Does my child need to bring extra money? 

NO - we ask that campers not bring money to camp.  There is a camp store, credit for the camp store can be paid for on the day of registration.

What happens if my child loses their room key?

There will be a $30 charge for each player that loses their room key, please remind your child that they must look after their key.

Chaperones?

There will be chaperons on hand to deal with any non-coaching issues. As well as 1 camp counselors per 12 kids.
