Position Overview
- FC stars are looking for Staff Coaches that will coach teams, clinics, and assist with administration of the club
- Successful candidate will be an integral part of the coaching staff
- Ideal candidate is professional, passionate, and must demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm working with and developing soccer players
- Candidates must be self-motivated, yet work as part of a team, sharing ideas, feedback and resources with other FC Stars staff to maintain a positive environment and growth
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to grow a grassroots organization
Key Responsibilities
- Possess the ability to work with U8-U15 age groups
- Coaching, mentoring, and advising of players
- Manage parental engagement, education, and guidance
- Administrative and organizational duties
- Coach up to five (5) teams
- Promote and run camp & clinic programs
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club directors
Qualifications
- Exemplary communication and leadership skills around children
- Entrepreneurial spirit to drive the growth of Teams & Programming
- Be a positive role model on & off the field
- Competent in Google Suite usage
- Social Media, Search Engine Optimization, and use of video editing a major plus
Salary - $60,000 with a chance to raise higher if targets are met

- MetroWest Girls Part-Time Staff
- Worcester Boys Part-Time Staff

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach in the implementation and execution of training sessions and matches
Qualifications
- Have a passion for both the game of soccer and child development
- Playing experience and 2-3 years of coaching is preferred but not required
- Club willing to train the right candidate
Salary - $25 - $40 per hour
