Application fee: $750 (11v11 - U11 through U14), $600 (8v8 - U10 and U11)
Teams applying for the U11 age group must select to play either 8v8 or 11v11.
Please note that the tournament will take place at the start of the next "soccer year". So, for example, teams that are currently playing U10 should apply to the U11 Tournament Group.
Print a copy of your completed application and confirmation, and mail both with your check (payable to "FC Stars of Massachusetts"), with club, team name, and age group noted on check to:

Once accepted, there will be no refunds of the application fee. Teams that are not accepted will receive refunds within two weeks after acceptances are posted on the website.
