The 4rd Annual Stars Cup will be held at the magnificent state of the art Massachusetts Youth Soccer complex in Lancaster, MA. This is the same facility that hosted the 2009 USYS National Championship Tournament. The complex consists of 16 full size soccer fields (5 Turf and 11 irrigated grass fields). We will feature high-caliber competition, quality fields and some of the top referees in the area. Lancaster, MA is situated 25 miles west of Boston and has easy access from local area airports (Boston Logan, Manchester, New Hampshire and Providence, Rhode Island).
The event is dual sanctioned (USYSA and USCS) and will include single age brackets in the Boys and Girls Divisions, Under 10 through Under 14. Last year's event was a great success and had many quality teams participating including state and regional champions and finalists. We expect an even stronger field of teams at this year's event.
In 2010 we will be accepting 128 teams (U10 - U14), and all of those teams will be playing at the same complex. All teams will play a minimum of 3 games. The tournament is held primarily on 2 days (Saturday/Sunday). A limited number of games will be played on Friday afternoon, mostly for local teams, but may be available for out of state teams by request.
