Tournament Description
The 6th Annual Stars Cup will be held at various high quality locations in the Greater Boston area in Massachusetts. The event is dual sanctioned by USYSA and US Club Soccer and includes single age brackets in the Boys and Girls Divisions, Under 10 through Under 14. Stars Cup is rated as a Premier Tournament by GotSoccer and is ranked in the top 20 tournaments in the country. Last year’s event was a great success with high quality participants, including state and regional champions and finalists. Stars Cup features high-caliber competition with clubs such as PDA, Eclipse, Dallas Texans, Albertson, FC Bucks, East Meadow, YMS, Oakwood, FC Blazers, Scorpions and many other top clubs being regular visitors to the tournament and we expect an even stronger field of teams at this year’s event. In addition, Stars Cup features the top referees in the area.
In 2012 we will be accepting U10 - U14 (as of fall 2012) boys and girls teams. All teams will play a minimum of 3 games. The tournament is held primarily on 2 days (Saturday/Sunday). A limited number of games may be played on Friday afternoon/evening, mostly for local teams, but may be available for out of state teams by request.
